Aging Process

We cave-age our Parmesan for 12 to 18 months. During this period, the cheese develops the deep, layered flavors associated with authentic Parmesan. The natural aging process also enhances its aroma and creates the distinctive crystalline texture that cheese lovers appreciate. Therefore, every bite reflects patience and craftsmanship.

Culinary Uses
