PT. Pasti Enak Plant and Facility in Bali

Our dairy facility in Klungkung, Bali, Indonesia is fully equipped with the machinery required to produce, test, and package a wide variety of dairy products. All processes follow BPOM‑approved SOPs that encompass every facet of our operation, including complete traceability.

This traceability program tracks raw materials throughout production and identifies not only which batch was used, but also who made the product, delivered it, and where it was shipped. As a result, customers can trust that every product from the PT. Pasti Enak Plant and Facility is safe, wholesome, and reliable.

The facility operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards, supported by HACCP protocols. In addition, the plant functions as a Clean Room environment to minimize contaminants. We adhere to international sanitation, handling, and HVAC standards. Employees wear full protective uniforms—jumpsuits, rubber boots, masks, hair nets, and gloves—leaving only the eyes exposed. This strict approach ensures both product safety and business viability.

Although we maintain a factory outlet shop at the Bali facility, the cheese‑making plant itself is not open to the public. Employees must undergo medical clearance and a week of classroom training before entering production areas. For this reason, guest access is restricted.

PT. Pasti Enak Outlet and Distribution Center in Jakarta

Our Jakarta property serves as both a retail outlet and wholesale distribution center. Guests are welcome to visit, sample cheeses, and purchase directly. We also provide online retail orders with delivery throughout Jakarta.

Please note: cheese is not produced at this location. All products are shipped from the Bali facility via cold chain logistics to guarantee freshness and quality.
