Kawa Coffee Cheese™ is one of the world’s first Arabica‑flavored cheeses. This semi‑soft to firm cheese gains its rich taste by aging with Kintamani Arabica espresso.
Nutty caramel and toasted coffee notes soften the cheese’s natural acidity. As a result, every bite recalls the first sip of a fine cup of coffee.
We based Kawa on an old French farmhouse recipe for Cantal and refined it to balance roasted coffee aroma with the youthful character of Cantal. The result is a flavored cheese that unites tradition and innovation.
