Unlike purchasing elsewhere when you make an order with us we will select and pack your cheese to order.

Our order processing starts when we receive your order and supply it to the cheese aging department. At this point your cheese will be selected or where applicable cut for you. Once packed each piece of cheese in your order will be given a unique sticker identifying it as part of your order. The weights of your cheeses are then communicated to Accounting that will produce a invoice for you to review with payment options.
