This natural rind cheese has a deep cheese flavor held within its semi hard rind. Cave aged for 3-6 months our Tomme is great melted over potatoes or spread on bread. Firm when young this cheese softens and strengthens in flavor as it ages. Similar to Raclette and other Alpine Tomme / Tome cheeses produced in the Alps of France and Switzerland.
