A play on the words Cacao and Cow our CaCow™ marries our company’s history in exporting Indonesian Cacao and our passion for cheese making. CaCow starts its life similar to Edam or a Gouda that is then aged in Cacao Butter and Klungkung Sea Salt for up to a year.
As a PT. Pasti Enak® and O-Dairy® original cheese we continue to bring the art of cheese making to Indonesia and create world-class original cheese for the country to claim as its own. The single-origin cacao butter and the smooth flavor of the sea salt gives this cheese its unique flavor.
