By choosing quality and flavour over profit we are unable to compete with most of the cheese produced in Indonesia. Many cheese makers often use, low quality materials, oil, fillers, short aging times, and mass production methods to keep their prices low. We prefer traditional methods. We utilize the highest quality materials available and prefer that our cheeses naturally mature. These techniques are not new and are traditional methods that have always been used to produce world class cheeses.

We understand that many companies must do everything they can to make inexpensive cheese products. But we feel that some companies, like PT. Pasti Enak , should keep traditional cheesemaking alive.
