For 4 months we cave age this Italian style cheese to produce a semi hard, semi picante cheese that is perfect for grating or melting into sauces. Similar to Parmesan in flavor the tradition of Asiago making has been practiced in Italy for over a thousand years. Made in our facility in Klungkung Bali Indonesia from farm fresh milk our Asiago cheese is an exceptional substitute for imported artisan cheeses.
