A play on the words Cacao and Cow our CaCow™ marries our company’s history in exporting Indonesian Cacao and our passion for cheese making. CaCow starts its life similar to Edam or a Gouda that is then aged in Cacao Butter and Klungkung Sea Salt for up to a year.
