Next, the weights of your cheeses are communicated directly to our Accounting team. They prepare an invoice for you to review, complete with payment options. Because we calculate orders by weight rather than by piece, you pay only for the exact grams of cheese you receive. This method ensures that customers get what they paid for and enjoy great value.
