Mont d’Or, also known as Vacherin Mont d’Or, is a seasonal cow’s milk cheese traditionally from the Jura mountains on the France–Switzerland border. Traditionally wrapped in spruce bark, our version comes in a woven bamboo basket, giving it a clean, artisanal look while protecting its delicate texture.

This soft, spoonable cheese has a creamy body with gentle woody notes. At 300 g, it is perfectly sized for sharing. Enjoy it fresh at room temperature or bake it in its basket for a fondue‑style experience. The bamboo casing adds subtle aroma while keeping the cheese intact and visually distinctive.

In Europe, production runs from late summer to spring, making it a true winter specialty. Here in the tropics, our milk’s natural cream content supports production year‑round. That means we often have this cheese in stock, with no need to wait until colder months like in France.
