How We Make CaCow™
CaCow™ begins its journey like an Edam or Gouda. Our cheesemakers then age it in single‑origin cacao butter et Klungkung sea salt for up to a year. This careful process infuses the cheese with rich, nutty notes and a smooth, savory balance. As a result, CaCow™ stands out as a true Indonesian chocolate cheese.
