Taleggio, one of the World’s oldest cheese originates from Val Taleggio an alpine valley in in Northern Italy. As a unique smear ripened cheese we are proud to produce our version of Taleggio following many of the techniques utilized by some of the finest Cheese Makers in Italy. Pasti Enak Taleggio has a firm semi pungent rind and creamy buttery center with notes of stone fruit and wine. Featuring one of our most complex micro-flora rinds this cheese is rich and smooth.
