How We Make CaCow™

CaCow™ begins its journey like an Edam or Gouda. Our cheesemakers then age it in single‑origin cacao butter and Klungkung sea salt for up to a year. This careful process infuses the cheese with rich, nutty notes and a smooth, savory balance. As a result, CaCow™ stands out as a true Indonesian chocolate cheese.

Flavor Profile

The cacao butter adds depth and creaminess, while the sea salt enhances the natural flavor of the milk. Together, they create a cheese that is both indulgent and balanced. CaCow™ offers hints of chocolate, a touch of nuttiness, and a savory finish that makes it versatile in cooking and snacking.
