The production of consistent quality cheeses is a complex science that requires an understanding of Animal Husbandry, Microbiology and Chemistry. To insure the quality of our cheese the health of our animals and the financial viability of our company we operate an onsite Lab. Equipped with the tools and equipment needed to perform all necessary biological and chemical testing of our milk and subsequent dairy products we can be sure that our cheese is of the highest quality and safe for our customers. Many of the tests that we run are not required by the Indonesian Government but we feel that it is our responsibility to carry out these tests as unseen services for our customers.
